Congrats Witch. This a lovely colour combo you got there. Just to be clear this is the sportline competition wheel SSRG offers; correct?

Thank you

Yes it the Competition 300mm

Johan did a great job as he always does, digging the 2 funky switches and the buttons and encoders are the best I have ever felt
Canā€™t wait to get my base so I can put it to good use :+1:

That 488 wheel looks bad ass Drykill :rocket:

yes thank you but not as well as yours

Yes I have heard that particular button plate is really really nice.

Yes, Johan does great work, just wish it was a little less money.
But he does spend a lot on the components and the plate it self is a solid piece of milled out aluminum with a 3 or 4 mm carbon fiber front , a tank for sure

This will be the last wheel I buy for a long time ā€¦ lol

Will throw this out there though. If anyone wants a top flight wheel and plate and does not mind parting with a lot of their money and waiting a long time it is hard to go wrong with Johan at the SSRG

Iā€™m using the Logitech G29 wheel.

Itā€™s quite small so the torque feels very strong!

Iā€™ve just got the Simucube sport but there is no way Iā€™m strong enough to cope with this wheel at full power!

Picked up a used SRB GT3 wireless wheel.

You lucky man!
I know a few guys who want one BAD!!
I have heard very good things about this wheel also!

What a nice wheel. Ordered mine in Ferrari Style also in May and i am just waitingā€¦i hope it arrives soon. Pro Sim H Shifter also orderd in April and it comes after 4 mounths mid of augustā€‹:+1::see_no_evil:

Thank you
I hope you get yours soon, I will be worth the wait.
Seems like what ever sim hardware you try to buy these days there is a wait time.
Hoping my base comes soon, according to the vendor I should have in about a week and a half
For now all I can do is wait

Good luck

My offering. Simple but works well. Using an adaptor from Sim Racing Coach (Spain) which is excellent.

Thereā€™s not a wireless option under $500 for SC2 is there? Iā€™m planning on DIYā€™ing (button module with default settings + custom ordering an aluminum 4mm plate) a GT button plate but I feel like for formula your cheapest option is Ascher which isnā€™t really even ā€œcheapā€ (Yes, I get that you ā€œget what you pay forā€, but not everyone wants to drop $600 on a steering wheel) and it seems like itā€™ll never be in stock.
I ordered a DimSim R1 and I plan on hacking together an SC wireless module with some batteries with it, but itā€™s 32 cm wide so Iā€™ll have to go another route for something 28 or 29 cm.

Thatā€™s a good plan. And I agree price is rough for sure. Am about to blow my food and everything else budget on a wheel. Am using a 350 drift wheel with a sequential, And am using it for gt3 gte open-wheelers atm. And damn I miss paddle shifters! Looks like the only thing available to get now is cube controls. So am guess am getting the cheapest f1 wireless option.

So i can get back to my lmp1 grind again:) Do this forum have a used market ?

You have missed this deal from Tommo

Check if it comes back anytime.
The build quality is excellent, aluminum enclosure, magnetic paddle shifters, and comes with very decent rim.
I wouldnā€™t be so hang up on wireless solution though, USB works just as well, keep an eye on used market.

I am pretty sure it is coming back.

Unfortunately not ā€¦ unless simracing bay release the BB pro again. Hate myself for not buying one when it was available :expressionless:

Not quite as nice of button plate but reviews well , USB interface

This is an NSH Pro wireless. The Sport is identical except for some 3d printing instead of aluminum and has in house shifters instead of Ascher. The sport is $374 euro.

I am waiting for the sport to be sent back to me because i had a slight issue with it and then i will do a small review to compare both

The rim is a Turn R20

How are the non-backlit Cube Controls buttons? Clicky or mushy?
