Just lower overall strength to 70 ish, and raise in game FFB

Well firstly Wi-Fi is no excuse, I’ve been using that for 9 years of online racing on iRacing :joy:

My settings differ to most peoples, I like a more damped and smooth wheel. I came from a Bodnar SS2 and loved the feel of that, only upgraded for the promise of lower latency and less cables to manage

Off the top of my head I use 40% strength in True Drive (SC2 Ultimate so around 14nm) and then auto tune FFB level via the black box within iRacing per track and car. Recon at 8 (sometimes 7) Damping 30, friction 10, Inertia 20, no static force reduction, slew off … think that’s about it, will confirm when I can get to my rig tomorrow.

Hi Si-Po Thanks for the reply will try those settings …about the Wi Fi i live in the Philippines in small provincial town ,some say in the jungle and download speed on a good day is only 150 KB/s and the worst ping ever .impossible to race online . Regards Denis

Wow yeah this is it! Love this settings. (350 wheel)

Try this

Do you know his iRacing settings? You need both to replicate the feel.

nope. But usually damping and friction goes on zero. I mean all this settings are from person to person and what you like.

I ask because I don’t feel that is true. My experience is that with high Max force setting you don’t need that much filtering in TD, however once you lower Max force, you need to add damping and other filters to tame the wheel, otherwise its too active. So it would be useful to see Max force setting Dan is using.

I bet his max force depends what he is driving. The range from mazda-Superv8-Gt3-GTE-Lotus 49.

Also it depends on the size of your wheel you are using. There alot of factors to take inn

Try the settings and push F9 and adjust the force while you driving to you find something you like.

Hi and thanks for sharing your profile. I tried it with a BMW M8 and it felt good. I wanted to ask you in the menu the settings in the iracing menu. Thanks again…

Si-Po .Thank you for the settings

Does anyone else feel like the iracing FFB has changed dramatically since last update?
The settings I’ve been using so far feel way less smooth, feels like I have to start from scratch again in TD.

It’s most noticeable on the Porsche Cup car, migh have to do with the NTMv7?

NTMv7 is responsible, but with my settings, I have not really noticed any drastic changes

Well now porsche cup I need to nm more for feel and all other cars I need to lower it because it’s too strong

Maybe this causes the new tire model which are porsche cup included.
