Paddock are the online profiles?
I use it sometimes but then i copy to my local profile and fine tune from there

@Mika it happened again, paddock opens on active profile : rfactor2 - active tile : raceroom (which is the last sim I played) while I have AC set as default. TD 2022.5
Can you describe what you did and in what order?
I have not managed to repeat the issue.
I simply turned on the motor and opened td, as I normally do (by td I mean paddock)

I updated, but after just a half hour i"ve returned to the version 2021.12. Feel more alive. After this, all version seems to be dampened and no so good isolation of signal it shakes ( try it with zero filters and just 10 ULLM)_in ACC car M4 GT3. SC2 pro here. This is what i feel. Maybe is just me.

After a test i have downgraded to 2021.9 which is my favorite too

I will try too 2021.9 to see difference. I like to feel any details, with 2022 drivers is more like a DD1 base which I had before. I switched from DD1 to SC2 just for the more precise details and less oscillation without add some damping and other filters. SC2 had good reviews because of its precision and accuracy.
This should not be changed.

There are no FFB changes that would affect those things when comparing to 2021.9 and 2022.x versions, not at least any intended ones. Moreover, there are absolutely no changes in 2022.5 vs 2022.7.

Ok then, but how do you explain with exactly the same settings, same car, same track, different feelings ? I use 2021.12.
To my taste, i prefer a little bit more damped hands sensations. It seemed to me that the feeling of the 2022.7 version was stronger on power peaks, rougher when i tried it.
but maybe it’s also in my head just beacuse i’ve read that the firmware was modified since the version 2022.2 for improve precision/smoothness of sinusoidal current waveforms.
True, there were some optimizations accidentally left out in almost all versions last year, that were there there in 2020.10 version.
On my new SC2 revision 2.0, can instal old drivers, like 2021.9?
I"d like to test older versions.

2021.9 is the earliest version that can be used in the units that are in production now.

Probably you need to set profile names again. Downgrade will break things.

Do you have a starting serial number for this change? i.e serial numbers greater than X can only run 2021.9 or above.
