New Simucube wheel adapters

Thanks Beano,

I had a plan for mine, but I thought it would be toooooo long. Now I see that it won’t.

By the way My Pro has been shipped!!!:hear_no_evil::hear_no_evil::hear_no_evil::grimacing::grimacing:
I just hope TNT does not decide to keep it at JFK Airport for a week!

Ha, happy days, you’re going to luv it! Pix!!

I used the simucube 5mm spacer with ascher adapter then 60mm omp adapter then q1r

Ok, so about 180mm total, if measured from servo-flange

Yes! Its perfect now for my application. Thanks guys!

Just received my replacement adapter. Thanks guys.

This, coupled with the quick response to addressing the “Pro is a Sport” issue in the other thread, is the level of service other companies should be aspiring to.

Well done!

hi all, so I am having some problems with the spacers of both my 2 qr - new revision type…they are both loosing the thread in some holes, where the last piece is bolted into. I recently changed steering wheel therefore I needed to unmount and re-mount one qr ( I got the other for a future wheel ) but as I was mounting back the qr I only was capable of bolting 3 of 4 bolts into the spacer because one doesn’t stay no matter how I turn the bolt. I always used a lot of care when mounting the qr without apply force, but still.
therefore, I don’t know if I neeed to buy an alternative qr for the wheel, but in this case I don’t know what to do with the spacers I got.

If I understood right, your thread is possibly gone? I bought longers screws, because there are still thread on bottom of spacer(wheel side, last qr spacer 4 bolts),especially if you use washers(which are recommended). Handtight carefully, those threads don’t allow much force or need, because they slip quite easily. :slightly_smiling_face:
