It specs are what you also wrote in your first message, i.e. 47 kOhm. It would affect only when being shorted, but then you would always blow the fuse, and there’s really so reason why it would get in that condition. It’s much more likely that the R7 has been broken. That is the charge current limiter that is bypassed when the Argon is first turned on.
To clarify your description, do you mean, that you have ok resistor measurement from R7? If so, please listen if you get one or two relay clicks when the Argon is turned on. If only one, then the RL2 to bypass R7 is stuck.
When I measure R7 I get a constant value of 33ohm (ohm I guess, I am really bad with electronics…). So to me this looks to be fine and alright.
When I switch on the Argon I can barely here one click. It is very silent. Not sure if this is the clicky you mean.
Also attached now my current Argon readings. Are my settings right? Just to rule out I have wrong .drc settings…

Sounds like you have stuck relay (RL2). They are not loud when they click, but clearly audible. Two should be heard when turning on the Argon. First one is the STO-relay, second one is the R7 bypass relay.
The location of the RL2 pins can be found in the forum thread I linked. The RL2 pins look like the image from the bottom side of Argon PCB.
The idea is to have a 5 to 9 V power supply, e.g. a battery, and use separate wires to connect the voltage to the pins momentarily. Positive voltage to A1.
I rechecked the E-Stop, it was not engaged. I disasambled it, and held both contacts together. Restarted the Argon, still no clicks whatsoever.
Can I be sure that the R7 is fine? It give me a reading of around 33Ohm. That should be fine right?
I am running out of ideas. Below the devicestate of today again.

Your fault flags show STO active and Enable is not true, which means that Argon doesn’t get either STO disable voltage nor enable signal. Both are required for Argon to initialize.
Did you check with multimeter, that the 24V signal is properly switched to Argon?
As you have STO enabled and Physical Enable signal is not present, you need to check those signal paths first. Check that your e-stop is working and it connects the 24V voltage to STO and Enable inputs.
