It will be a lot more efficient just getting a 3V PLC battery, no losses through a vreg etc…

Yeah I know but I’d like to have an usb rechargeable battery. Il try with that and eventually will switch to a plc battery.

Finished my wheel (just need to place a new alcantara for the grip) 
with that antenna: https://www.amazon.it/dp/B07ZD38NP5/ref=cm_sw_r_u_apa_i_PQCCFbHP1YXN6 I have stable connection (85/97%). My simucube case is nearly 1,5 mt distant.
Also replaced the “rechargeable battery system” with a 3v PLC battery (simucube says 3,16v) as Beano suggested me.
This is the final result:
I’d like to put a hat switch (joystick) like the leobodnar one on my next wheel. Is it possible to know how to connect it with simucube? In the PDF “Simucube Wireless Button Plate Module v1” I can’t find anything about that.

Altering the configuration for the wireless wheel module is not possible without special programming tool and software.
