Whether IONI's voice coil motor is supported

I have a voice coil motor.
I wonder if you can drive this motor using IONI.
If not, can you tell us about the potential for future support?

Yes, you can drive voice coil motor. Just wire it as DC motor.

If you wish to have velocity or position control of that, you need to have IONI compatible linear encoder in the system. If you need just force control, you can use torque control mode of IONI without any sensors.
