I replace the ioni board after an overvoltage issue, cf racingfr.net (simracechris).
I received ioni board and intalled the last firmware but it doesn’t work.
The motor shake when I put my wheel on it.
I have an augury setup.
Previously the ioni board works on a thom concept DD1.
It’s necessary to introduce the old setting on the old ioni board ?
If yes, have you a file default with settings default?

You will need to put correct motor and encoder settings to the IONI. If you didn’t export them as DRC file from the old IONI in Granity or if you are not able to do that, then you will need to tell which motor and encoder you have and maybe someone has the settings as a DRC file for it.

What is your advice to setup the overvoltage value?
Over voltage fault tolerance to maximum, and the over voltage fault limit to around 2 V higher than your HV bus voltage is.
