What does a double red blinking LED with constant blue at the power port mean?

Just powering up the new Simucube 2.0 Pro with nits single power brick and we now have the power port LED’s showing a constant blue, interupted by a double red flash, back to constant blue, double red flash, etc…

My documentation has no troubleshooting info on what these colors mean, we saw constant green on our first power up test, so this can’t be good!

Anyone know what we are looking at with red double blinker at the power port??
