Yes, that is completely normal if you play iRacing.

I meant FFB Effects, which disappears when the 360hz function is activated. The 360hz function does not start automatically after turning on iRacing, I have to turn SC2 back on

Yes, when iRacing uses the 360 Hz mode, it does not create any DirectInput ffb effects.

Also True Drive must be running in order for the mode to enable.
