Steering wheel always rotates fully to one side when entering car in iracing

When i want to start driving a car in iracing, the steering wheel always rotates to one side completely.
The usb cable is wrapped around the wheel this way, so it is annoying. I need to disconnect the usb, untangle the cable, and then start driving. Is this some configuration setting or problem that can be resolved please?

Are you running the latest firmware and have you reset the centre to the desired location and then recalibrated iracing?

Yes, latest firmware fixes some 360 degree shift -issues that could cause this behavior.
