[Solved] Support delay are we in an heavy season

I don’t know if this is an heavy period so I come here to ask :slight_smile:
I made a ticket last Wednesday and didn’t have answer.

That quite wired since most of the time i have answer in 2 days tops
It’s not an urgent support since this is for a return :slight_smile:
