Hello guys/gals! I have just taken shipment of a SC2 Ultimate.
I have a question first though…
I noticed upon taking it out if box that when I turn the base side QR (shaft) with my hand it feels notchy. As in turning it in either direction feel like it stops every few degrees of rotation. It is weird to me because I had the SC2 Pro before and that had smooth rotation. I can feel the motor moving inside the base.
Is it normal for the Ultimate?
Powered off mines is the same. magnets.
Powered on it’s fine.
