Ive got a simucube 2 pro that is getting so hot i cant touch it anymore. Was fines before but now its heating up. Could it be faulty?
Running lastest software and and firmware.
Which settings? Sim settings? Car&track?
Device will throttle to keep device under 70 degrees Celsius. However a metallic surface at 55 degrees will already feel very hot for human.
You can query the device temperature. It is available from last tab in True Drive via the copy device information button. What does it report as the temperature?
Actually the button says “Copy device ID to clipboard”. Information would be better than ID, but is longer
