Simucube OSW Ioni Pro. Couldn't connect to ioni

Hi

I am experiencing issues with my ioni pro OSW (Small MiGE) wheel base.

Recently it reset a few times showing Couldn’t connect to ioni but did work again.

But today it is not working and showing the error. Couldn’t connect to Ioni, reconnecting.

There were no updates carried out in the last last 6 months.

Hardware 1 (r004)
Firmware 1.0.60
Tool 1.0.60
IONI unknown

The debug logs show:
Error initializing SMBus baudrate : 460800
Error initializing SMBus baudrate : 460800
Error initializing SMBus baudrate : 460800
Error initializing SMBus baudrate : 460800

Has anybody else had this issue and was able to resolve. I’m suspecting the ioni pro board has failed or there’s an issue with the i2C line

What we have seen is that it is likely something broken in the IONI. Make a support ticket.
