There is literally only the FFB strenght mystery to solve/test. I did get the hardware setup ready at our new office to do that. It only remains to do actual testing, hopefully on Monday.

I managed to find the double forces issue. Fix will require some adjustments and re-thinking of some tests.
Upon closer inspection, the same issue would have been in the Simucube 2 code in the next fw version.

Is an action in progress with sector 3 concerning the sawtooth problem ?
I’ve asked them a few times on how they expect the sawtooth the work - it appears its being used in completely different way to what Microsoft documentation says it should work - and they haven’t answered. But it seems all other wheels work with it the wrong way, so maybe its just wrong documentation…

Managed to rework the new bumpstop code again to get the double forces issues solved. Need to test a bit before a next test release.
For next public test, we are specifically calling out people doing ETS2 or some other more effect-based sim in proficient manner.

Yeah, I just tested ETS2 and its sine vibration effect interaction with the bumpstops was exactly as planned, but if there are other games that use some directinput effects…
