Hello @Mika
I am available to do tests this beta.
Small mige whit SC1 and 720W PSU

Currently no need for more testers, there are a few issues that are to be investigated and then it will be ready for public release.

It has taken a while, but finally managed to retest the absolute encoder detection and calibration things, which was a bug that was reported by the testers.

I’m still on 1.01.7 - why did you downgrade?

to impregnate me again from the ffb of 0.50.4 before testing again v1.0.xx

aha, makes sense.
Do you notice much of a difference going back to 0.50.4 when you match the FFB strength in the Simucube software?

I answer you on the dedicated thread v1.0.17

Hello guys, please, can some one help me upgrade encoder? Thank you very much.

Some links vere

Is it possible to use a 36v power supply for a small mige and simucube 1, ioni pro hc ?

i upgraded my encoder a few months back but now my motor squeaks a little when turning the wheel.is this normal.

I don’t see a reason not to work with 36v psu. Stay at 12A mmc and you should be fine

Shouldn’t squeak. Open the encoder cover and find out what’s squeaking.

Any new news of when the firmware will be out?

No other modification in granity?

And the fov that you should lower it to about 39.

Field of view?

Generally, you will get less torque too. Some formulas to calculate what torque you will get, are here:
https://granitedevices.com/wiki/List_of_motors_for_SimuCUBE

The achievable speed will be less with 36V PSU.
