Simucube losing USB

simucube started to lose the usb a few seconds after turning it on, I tried to put it in DFU mode by changing the switch to position 1, it recognizes it as stm32 bootloader, but a few seconds later the usb connection drops too, any suggestions on what can be done?

news, without the ioni pro connected, the usb connection doesn’t drop, but with the ioni and without connecting the cables, it drops

maybe there is a voltage regulator problem on the Simucube board. Contact our support for further debugging.
