Simucube connection Help me

You’re brilliant.
I tested it with the numbers you told me, and it worked.
Thank you.

I’ll give it a try. Thank you.

All good, cheers Mate.

If price is a challenge for you on the 48V NDR psu, search for a good 36V MeanWell 400-500W unit, this should give you full torque capability on that Mige servo. Then I can help you with the proper settings again.

The 36V psu will slow down the servo tamp-response a bit vs 48V, but imho, this is a good thing for the small Mige. Another note, you should be able to set MMC a bit higher also, try in 0.5A increments up to the point where it will fail on undervolt error, it will be around 8.5A or 9.0A MMC.

Then set MMC ~0.5A below that undervolt-error level. Leave MCC where it is, no reason to change that now. That should give you ~13NM or so until you switch to 36V psu.

To all others: Note my 36V recommendation is only applicable to The Mige m10010, each servo has to be checked to see if they will be voltage-limited or not…it’s not a one-shoe-fits-all situation.

Cheers,
Beano.

You mean you have to buy a pair of shoes! LOL :speak_no_evil:
