Hello, just received my SC2U today. After getting everything connected and booted up I am having trouble with the truedrive software. I downloaded the latest version but I keep getting the error in the image attached.
I tried updating firmware from control panel>device manager but it says I have the latest firmware already installed. But truedrive says I need to update firmware for me to continue.
I tried uninstalling and re install. No luck. Also installed a different version of truedrive, no luck. Disconnected all SC2U power/cables and still no difference.
Any ideas?
