Simucube 2 sport servo driver will not start

My simucube stopped working that I have had since 2021. It will not go out of the waiting state (waiting for servo drive to start), as can be seen in the screenshot:

I have tried everything to get it to work, other outlets, computers, usb-ports, reinstalling drivers, downgrading drivers, and unscrewing the back to check the wires. But nothing has worked so far, can anyone help me?

And tried different usb cable? Does windows “bling” when you connect it? But I think this is Granite’s job to fix, more than another end user.

I also tried a different usb cable. The base doesn’t make a startup noise either. The device is recognized by windows as Simucube 2 Sport.
