Simucube 2 pro vibrates at startup with no games

Hello,
I observe the following behavior at startup when no game is launched: the base is in operational mode with torque and it vibrates.
The LED on the base is blue fixed, which means that the servo is activated.
On the other hand, in Simucube Tuner v3.13, the high torque is OFF.

If I switch the high torque to ON, the base no longer vibrates and the LED remains blue with two red flashes.
If I switch the high torque back to OFF, the base starts vibrating again and the LED remains blue fixed.

I have noticed this behavior since I validated the automatic high torque ON mode at startup.
I went back to standard operation (activation of the high torque via simucube tuner) but it doesn’t change anything.

This normal, the servo drive tuning may go unstable especially if no wheel is attached, in the safe torque mode, with the added damping and friction causing the instability.

Does it also happen when you have a wheel on the motor?

Yes I have the wheel attached on the base.
I have this DD since 2020 and it’s the first time I see this behavior.
I don’t think the fact that the torque is enabled at startup is normal. is there a mean to reload firmware or something like that ?
