Recently I am having issues where Simucube 2 Pro is not able to connect to True Drive. I am using Windows 11. All updates are installed. You can see on photo State: showing always WAITING. E-stop perfect working. Im already tried change all USB cable, nothing same issues.
Can you help me to fix this problem.
Waiting state is a state where the servo drive is waiting for something. True Drive has connected to the wheel base just fine, there is no connection issue.
What does the waiting state show when you click it?
Is this a revision 1 or 2 unit? (i.e. two or one power supply?)

This fault code is to do with the encoder.

Why am i asking this, sometimes it works and connects. that’s how i go into RF2 everything turns off and the status is State Waiting
The error code is a serial encoder read error.
The cable could be loose, and we have an instruction in our support that we share via support to check that.
Otherwise it may be either the encoder or some other electronics issue.
