Hello, I have a question about my Simucube 2 Pro.

It can no longer be switched on.

I don’t know what else to try. I bought the SC2 from Simracingbay last year. Do I still have a guarantee or can I claim the guarantee from Racewerk in Germany?

Maybe it’s just a power supply. Where could you buy this?

Does the psu light powers up? If yes, switch it off and reseat the psu-plug on the Simucube base.

Do you have the USB cable connected to the wheel? If yes, have you replaced the USB cable?
