Hi, yesterday my sc2 pro base lost all force feedback in last lap of a race, I was still able to steer and finish the race but it was no force feedback, when it happened the base made a beep and then all ffb was gone, In simucube tuner there was a message saying fault 140405 undervoltage press here to fix, I pressed the button and then all was good and ffb was back working as it should. the base was very warm but not hot also the power brick was just a little warm, I only use iracing gt3 and run medium to high ffb, 100% in tuner and depending on the car in iracing I use 70nm-60nm. I use latest tuner version and firmware, also sometimes when I power up the base, in tuner there will be a biref message saying fault detected and then it will go away without me doing anything. what should I check if this happens again?
It is probably the power supply that has voltage drop in high dynamic situations. Make a support ticket.
