I’m encountering an issue with my Simucube 1 after successfully connecting it to the Granity software and configuring it in velocity control mode. Despite providing a specific setpoint speed, the motor is not spinning at the expected speed, it is spinning very very slowly compared to the setpoint. I’ve double-checked my configuration settings in Granity, but the problem persists. Has anyone else experienced this issue or can offer advice on how to resolve it? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
The motor I am using is the mige 130st-m10010.
