Simucube 1 not initializing anymore

Hi,

I have a question regarding Simucube 1 which is not initializing.

Some hardware details:
20Nm Simucube 1
480W 48V

The problem is that the drive is not initializing.

The same issue happened randomly and every time it happened (a couple of times during the last two years) it was solved by reloading the dcr file.

But that procedure didn’t worked anymore. Now t’s impossible to initialize it.
I’ve checked the wiring of the connectors and looks fine.
When turning it on, lights sequence is LSS for orange and LS for the green one.

After turning it on, although state is not initialized, it feel a strong force that makes difficult to turn the wheel.
Also values for Analog in 1, Analog Enc A, Analog Enc B, Output current, Position feedback and Position feedback raw changes when operating the wheel.
Analog in 2 is still with 0.00 V though.

I don’t know what else to check. Any ideas?

Maximum continuous current is quite high. Lower it to 10 V.

Increase the over voltage fault limit by 0.5 V.

I changed MCC to 10 A and over voltage fault limit from 51.5 to 52, and didn’t worked.
