I recently purchased a simucube 2 pro base and tahko wireless steering wheel. base is detected and working fine but when I’m trying to connect the steering wheel, is not appear anywhere. there is a small flashy light that flickers but truedrive cannot find the wheel. i have the latest software 2023.2.
anyone been thru this or know how they help with this?

Hi, same for me. I’m a new owner, everything is new. True drive see the wheel base, but not the steering wheel (I have the Simucube Tahko Round Orange (Wireless)) that come in a bundle.
The battery is suppose to be new… It seems I have nothing to recharge it on my wheel. My instruction say to press both paddle 5 secs, but it didn’t work, True drive don’t see it. And the new software (Tuner) is worst, it didn’t detect the wheel base at all.
The battery on Tahko is not a rechargeable one.
The wheel should be visible in the PC software for 30 seconds after you power on the wheel.
During this time you need to pair the wheel by manually making the first connection to it. It happens by double clicking the item on the list.
Yeah I understand, but I don’t see my wheel in the ‘list’… There is nothing, I tried everything… Do you think my battery is gone (even if new)? I’m with Simucube support too, and he don’t understand either.
