I can see there are some settings for serial ports, should we configure them in any way for improved performance? Below what I have set mine to.

Those have no effect on FFB since that works via the other USB port on Simucube 1.
And those have no effect on the COM port driver of the USB to Serial FTDI chip we have for the other serial port on Simucube 1 either. Windows just seems to offer the options for all serial port interfaces.
