SC2 Sport won't turn on after Tuner update

Hi,
Yesterday after updating to the Tuner 3.0.4 my SC2 doesn’t start anymore. I don’t hear the ‘on’ sounds and the wheel is not recognized in the Tuner. Is it just a coincidence? Is there a way to re-install the previous Tuner version to be sure?

Is the device visible in Windows Devices list at all? Or in the USB game controllers list?
