Sc2 sport loud noise when not in High Torque Mode

Hi all. Starting this morning I’m having issues with my sc2 sport bought in May 2020. When I turn it on it starts to vibrate really loud with and without the wheel attached. I’ve checked all the bolts and everything is tight so I really have no idea what’s the issue is but it has never done it till now. If I turn the high torque setting on it stop but surely this is not normal and there is something wrong with it. Here is the video.
