When I switch between wheels (on my new SC2) it is sometimes a hassle to get the wheel out. If realy fits nice - but as hard it gets out. Is there something like a little lupe or else that is safe to use?
just turn the steering wheel to make it detach down

I think the best thing to do in your situation is get a third party QR , some sim racing youtubers have done reviews for thoes quick releases one of them is barry from sim racing garage YouTube channel, although i have no experience with any third party qr since I recently got a simucube 2 and I think their qr is great
