SC2 pro v2 significant axle play?

Have been a happy owner of simucube 2 pro v2 since Christmas 2020. Tonight I noticed that there is significant play in the steering axle in Y axis direction (12 to 6). Nothing when I hold the wheel at 9 and 3 o’clock positions. Anyone else had this happen to their SC2 pro v2 base? And of course what was the fix? Thanks

I have the same issue. I have contacted support on the website but hoping to get a quicker response here. did you need to send it back for repair or is it just somthing loose that needed to be tightened? I’m hoping to get it sorted or sent off before I go on holiday on Tuesday :crossed_fingers:
