SC2 Pro Issue - “Waiting for drive to get ready”

Got a new SC2 Pro a few weeks ago, used most days since and has been working fine up until tonight.

First thing I noticed is that even with the E-STOP released, True Drive says it is pressed.
Instead of Operational the status is “Waiting for drive to get ready”
I no longer hear the audible beeping from the device on startup, however I do hear the Windows USB connection sound.
The wheel position flickers between 0 degrees and a question mark.
I have tried unplugging all the cables and plugging them back in.
I have tried a fresh download of True Drive.
I have then tried a fresh setup on a new computer (same errors)

Check the e-stop wiring if possible.

Both wires are connected to the switch inside, not sure how to check further than this.
