Hello,
I have an SC2 pro and the new Tuner software. In iRacing my wheel is recognized and works fine but the buttons on the wheel are not recognized. My fanatec shifter is recognized as are my Heusinkveld Ultimate pedals. I have tried 2 different wireless wheels and the buttons are not recognized on both. At a loss as to how to troubleshoot this issue. Thanks.
Do you also have Simucube Link Hub or not?
I do not. Everything was working fine until I upgraded to windows 11 on clean install a few days ago. I was on True drive at that time. SC tuner picked up wheelbase right away without issues. I don’t see an area within the tuner software to see whether wheel buttons/paddles are recognized? Strange because the wheel itself is recognized. I was going to try different sims to see if that makes a difference though I doubt it as iRacing is well optimized generally speaking.
Just additional info. Under my game controllers panel it recognizes the SC2 pro base and wheel rotation but not paddles/buttons like it used to. I tried recalibrating but that did not work. I will try different USB ports next. Thanks.
Did you connect and pair the wheel again in Tuner?
The concept of firmware automatically connecting to the wheels based on the wireless connectivity module’s memory of pairings was used in True Drive, but in Tuner, that function is from the PC side.
I did not. Will try that, thanks!
That worked Mika! You are awesome, thank you!!!
