Hi would it possible to use a set of pedals with an SC1 x11 RJ45 connector and wire to the SC2 15pin D-Sub accessory port, would it work correctly?

If they are potentiometer-based pedals, then yes. But you will have to DIY the adapter, do not use any “ethernet to serial” or such adapters.
