I am in the course of building my own wireless wheel for my SC 2 Pro, all self-made with Fusion 360 and 3D printers, of course with a quick release compatible with the SC 2 wheelbase.

For saving me endless trial and error: Is there any documentation showing dimensions, angles, etc. of the quick release system?

No, not available publicly. Some printable wall mount designs are available,and we are permitting those. Otherwise the quick release is an EU/UK Registered Community Design.
