Sorry to bother you at the wrong place.
I did a RFQ on septembre 2nd or 3rd (AFAIR) for 10 IONI PRO (although we need only 5).
I got no reply whatsoever: no confirmation e-mail, no quote.
I asked the support, got a confirmation (15486) but nothing happend.
I just did another RFQ and got no confirmation e-mail (and no, I does not seem to be in the spam trap).
So, what is the matter ?
A lot of people from our sales team has been traveling the last week, there are delays in handling orders.
