These are not on sale separately. We do have the Simucube 1 (Mige motor shaft, 22mm) kit of all the parts available - contact your reseller.
This is great idea for simucubers that has a lot of wheels! 
If its not load bearing you should be able to 3d print something up pretty cheaply.
Why not 3D-printed?
I have 3D-printed a part like that which I use as a rim holder. Works great!
