Problem with FFb

I´m not sure if this is a problem but in ETS2 the FFb is soft when you are driving at high speed above 60km/h
and when you are below 30 the ffb is hard. This is normal or the ffb will be works in a contrary way?

Heavy weight truck wheels are difficult to turn in low speed and more easy to turn in higher speed…
ETS2 does not simulate any realistic steering column torque effects, so mileage may vary with regards to good FFB feeling in that game.
