Please help! No E-stop in brand new SC2 pro package


My brand new SC2 pro arrived without the E-stop in the box. I have submitted a ticket (6231) on Monday but no response so far. If SC staff can see this post, please address this issue ASAP. I have sold my old base and the new SC is all I have. I cannot use it due to this issue.

Also, is there any way to get around the E-stop temporarily? Maybe short certain pins in the E-stop connector to get the base up and running? Any advice is appreciated.


You have already made a support ticket. This is going to be handled there. Yesterday was a national public holiday here in Finland so thats why we didn’t really do anything yesterday.
