No Power to Simucube Ultimate

Has anyone else had this issue?
Just downloaded and updated to latest TrueDrive software. Rebooted my machine, and now my Simucube Ultimate has zero power running to the base.

I have power going to the power brick, and that is glowing red, but zero power is getting to the base, and no blue light on the separate power button either.

Surely software couldn’t have fried the motor could it?

Any suggestions of what I can do to power cycle the main base at all?

Ah, no worries, turns out the USB cable had got pulled out of back of the computer.

If anyone else has the same issue, and zero power going to the Simucube, check your USB connection.
