Hello, I got my new Active Pedal today, bought from VRL…Virtual Racing lounge, after installing it, updating it, calibrating it, I was able to drive iRacing for 45 minutes then suddenly I’m pedaling into nothing. The pedal malfunctions after a reset I press twice and the malfunction occurs again. I changed the USB port and plugged the power supply into a different socket, but nothing helped. What can I do . If the power supplies from the simucube Pro fit, I have the model with 2 power supplies to test. I also contacted the seller. That’s really disappointing.
You should definitively make a support ticket. Our product support (except for me) doesn’t read this forum; this is not an official support forum but a community forum.
