Motion Fault Limit not causing fault state

Hello,

We have a system using position control with a small stepper motor driving a worm screw, and there are no limit switches installed. This corresponds to closed loop mode 2.

I am having trouble configuring the FMO parameter as described here: Using stepping motor with IONI - Granite Devices Knowledge Wiki

No matter how low I set the FMO value (even as low as 1), the drive does not trigger a fault when the motor is stalled (mechanically blocked for testing, velocity = 0).

Additionally, if a fault were to occur, what would be the corresponding fault location code? The information on this page is unclear on that matter: Fault location - Granite Devices Knowledge Wiki

I should add that I set the FMO value via the Granity GUI.

Granity IONI settings are attached. Firmware is 1.7.21
