A while ago, I started using my Simucube 1 again, but suddenly I lost the FFB. Thinking it might be the power cable, I unplugged and plugged it back in, and that’s when I noticed a burning smell.
Upon opening it, I discovered that the L7987L component had burned out. Upon removing it, some PCB traces were accidentally damaged (unfortunately, by a friend with no prior experience).
The problem is, I can’t find the schematic or wiring diagram to restore the missing traces. I even took it to a repair shop, but they told me they couldn’t fix it without the board schematic.

On the other hand, I asked and was told that the LMR16030 component can replace the L7987L. Is this true? The L7987L is not available in Argentina, and I need a replacement.
