After 5 years of bullshit with damping and friction Asetek brings out an almost identical product with default profiles : no damping, no friction. My steering started to oscillate with 25/30 friction, but not while driving, already by setting a profile.

I was happy the Simucube 2 survived the shock, it sparkled quite a bit, and smelled slightly too I don’t want to know how it is when people do it everything powered on. And don’t forget to block me.
