It’s me again… with a question.
I see on IONI specifications - Granite Devices Knowledge Wiki that there is some form of ESD protection, but what model (HBM, CDM…) and voltage level is it compliant to ?
My questions is for
the BiSS-C
the RS485
not for the GPIOs
maybe for the power supplies and the phases output, but I am less concerned.
Thanks.

Hi
IONI has these ESD diodes:
PESD3V3L5UY
ESD24VS2UE6327

Thanks. I can see D2, D3, D4, D5, D8, D11. On all abovementioned signals ?
PESD3V3L5UY are for 3.3 V signals, so what about those that can have higher voltages, like the RS485 or even the BiSS’ RS422 ?

Hi
Latest revisions have SMF05CT1G in the BOM. Also, the minimum breakdown voltage of the PESD3V3 is more than 5V.
