[IONI drive] How to reset firmware

I have a question regarding IONI & IONICUBE regarding how to reset the firmware

My hardware configuration:
1xIONI PRO servo/step driver
3xIONICUBE 4 Axis IONI Motherboard (latest edition)

Problems arise when:

  • We switch drive from Z to Y, from Y to Z

How it behaves:
-We can not operate the drives after switching

How I would expect it to behave:
-2 drives should run as normal after reloading the setting file

Please give us the guidance how to fix the above error. We thought that we need to reset the firmware when switching the drives.
