My Simucube 2 pro R1 is not powered on, I mean it has no led status. I unplugged it for a while and plugged it back in, and tried plugging in the usb again, but still not working. the lights on my 2 power supplies are still working. Can you tell me what happened to my simucube? Thanks all
It sounds broken to me.
I think the official support channel is to work with your reseller for warranty support, but I see there is also a support link at the top of this website where you can submit a ticket directly with Granite Devices.
Given that you’ve already completed all the initial troubleshooting of unplugging/plugging in, I would reach out to your reseller.
