I have this problem also (same error), it is intermittent for me though.
No idea what clears it up, after restarting the PSU, plugging/unplugging USB, different USB ports and even rebooting the PC It eventually functions again. Sometimes one or the other attempts results in function.
The next time it happens I will post my own thread with images of all the settings.
We know that IONI will not start up if there is too much EMI in the system and it cannot measure stable enough zero-values for analog current measurements. Thats why it can appear to be a bit strange sometimes.
Yes it has just started. I had undervoltage faults in the past but they would just go away. I haven’t used the simucube in months and now I only get this error.
I am out of town for but will see if I can pull that information from Granity when I return. I was unable to connect to the device about a week ago but I will try again. Thanks for the help

However please click the Software Enable on the first tab in Granity. The information clearly shows that the servo drive is not in enabled state at this point. Simucube Firmware will automatically enable the drive on startup but I think it will be disabled when you restart the drive to go to Granity. Also the fault code visible (192002) says that it is waiting to be enabled.
